DOSE
For anti-aging, general health and healing, fat mobilization, and other similar purposes, a dose of 2-3 IUs per day (approx. 10-15 IUs per week) will suffice. A dose of 1.5-2.0 IU is considered to be a sufficient dose for those of middle age. Since we will be in the vicinity of 70-80% absorption and utilization from our subcutaneous injections, 2-3 IU’s will, for all intents and purposes, be a full replacement equivalent of the HGH measure.
To gain lean muscle and substantially improve body composition, a dose of 5-10 IU per day (approx. 25-50 IU per week) will be necessary. Most people who still have a “alive and kicking” pituitary will respond very well to a dose of 5 IU per day, thinking that advanced bodybuilders and other high strength athletes will find that dose approaching 10 IU per day . To achieve maximum benefits in this regard, the addition of testosterone and/or another anabolic should be considered. For advanced use, other supplements such as insulin and low doses of T3 or T4 are required.
The best way to start an HGH program is to start with a low dose and slowly work your way up to higher doses. This will allow us to avoid side effects of HGH such as swelling and joint pain. Most people can tolerate up to about 2 IUs per day without side effects, so that would be a good starting dose. For many who use it as a general health supplement, this dose is enough to get you going. For others it will only be the beginning. Above 2.5-3.0 IU suggested, definitely split injections into two a day, rather than one, unless not feasible to do so. In our experience, we have used doses as high as 10 IU x injection, but with these doses we have experienced some joint pain. Also, keeping individual doses below 3-3.5 IU together more effectively raises IGF-1 levels while minimizing the need for megadoses of HGH.
Usage strategy:
Weeks 1-4 = 2 IU HGH in one injection
Week 5 = 2.5 IU HGH in one injection
Week 6 = 3.0 IU divided into two injections of 1.5 IU each.
Week 7 = 3.5 IU divided into two injections of 1.75 IU each.
And so on until the desired dose is reached.

WHEN TO TAKE IT
The body produces HGH in a pulsating fashion throughout the day with the highest pulses occurring approximately 2 hours after going to bed and as soon as you fall into a deep sleep. Injectable HGH is fully absorbed and put to use in approximately 3 hours. The strategy with respect to coordination depends somewhat on our age and other elements of our cycle.
For those in their late 20s and early 50s, there is still a reasonable chance that their levels of endogenous HGH production are at reasonable levels. The best time to get an injection would be early in the morning… After your own body releases HGH at night. If you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (3-5 am), this is probably the perfect time to take a couple of units of HGH. This will be the least damaging time to get an HGH injection. The second best time would be first thing in the morning when we get up.
If we are spreading the doses, the two times of the day when cortisol levels are at their peak are when we wake up and in the early afternoon. This being the case, another good strategy is to get your HGH injections right now. Cortisol is very catabolic in nature and a well timed injection of HGH can go a long way to curtail this effect.
If you are in your late 40s or older, or if for some reason you have a condition that has rendered your pituitary unable to release HGH normally, an excellent time to take HGH is right before bed. This allows you to very well mimic the natural pattern that would occur if your pituitary were functioning properly. For the rest of us, taking HGH just before bed is leading to a negative feedback loop, stealing your own nightly HGH pulse. It is clear that the closer we get
injection the moment our body is ready to give us its biggest pulse of HGH, the more we will end up derailing our own secretions.
If we are using insulin with HGH, the insulin should be used immediately after training. HGH and insulin do great things together – they shuttle nutrients in a very complementary way to each other and the combination of HGH and insulin creates the best environment for IGH-1 production by the liver. If you are using insulin immediately after training, taking a few IU of HGH before training will allow HGH to deliver its full fat-mobilizing effect while delivering HGH and insulin to the liver in
opportune time for immense IGF1 releases
HOW TO TAKE IT
The way to administer HGH is by subcutaneous route or intramuscular injection. HGH has the particularity of maximizing fat loss in the area where you inject it, that is, you can inject it subcutaneously in the area where you want to burn more fat.
